Websites that make local businesses look as good as they are.
Bayline designs and builds custom websites for restaurants, trades, salons, gyms and clinics around Temple Terrace — sites with real personality that are easy for customers to use on a phone.
Design first. Everything else follows.
A website is often the first impression a customer gets. I focus on making that impression count — then hand you a site you can run yourself.
Custom design
Colors, type and layout chosen for your business — not a template with your logo dropped in.
Mobile-first
Most local customers find you on a phone. Every page is designed for thumbs first, then scaled up.
Brand polish
A tidy color palette, font pairing and logo cleanup so your site, menus and social posts match.
Features that convert
Menus, booking buttons, quote calculators and class schedules — like the ones in the showcase.
Help with the words
Not a writer? I’ll turn a short interview into clear, friendly page copy.
Easy to edit
Built on a platform in your name, with a recorded walkthrough so you can update hours and prices yourself.
From first chat to launch in about three weeks.
- Day 1
Free chat
A 20-minute call or coffee about your business, your customers and the look you want.
- Week 1
Free mockup
You get a homepage design and a flat quote. Only move forward if you love it.
- Weeks 2–3
Design & build
The full site comes together with your content. Revision rounds are included.
- Launch
Go live & hand off
Your site launches in your name, with a walkthrough video and a 30-day fix window.
Before you reach out
Do I need to have content and photos ready?
No. I’ll interview you and write a first draft of your copy. For photos, we can use yours or licensed stock images.
Will I be able to edit the site myself?
Yes. Sites are built on an easy editor (like Squarespace or Wix) or as a simple fast site, and every launch includes a recorded walkthrough. If you’d rather not, edits are $40/hour.
Do you handle hosting, SEO or ads?
My focus is design. Your site launches on a platform account in your name, so you pay the platform directly (usually $15–$45/month). Every site includes the basics search engines look for — page titles, descriptions and fast mobile pages. For ongoing SEO or ads, I’m happy to recommend a specialist.
I already have a website. Can you redesign it?
Yes. I’ll keep what works, refresh the look, and make sure your old page links still point somewhere sensible.
Who owns the website?
You do — the design, the content, the domain and the platform account are all yours.
Where do you work?
Temple Terrace, the USF area and the rest of Tampa, so we can meet in person. Remote projects are welcome too.
Want to see your business in one of these designs?
Send your business name and I’ll mock up a homepage for free — usually within 3 business days.
Five businesses, five different websites.
These are working sample sites for fictional businesses. Click around — menus, calculators, booking flows and forms all respond. Switch the preview size to see how each adapts to phones.
Sample business, sample content — names, prices and reviews are fictional.
Like one of these? It’s a starting point, not a template.
Every client gets their own colors, type, photos and features. Tell me which direction you like best.
Flat prices. No monthly contracts.
You pay once for the design and build. The site lives on a platform account in your name, and you only pay me again if you want more help.
20% off for my first 5 clients. In return, I ask for an honest review and permission to feature your site in my portfolio.

Build a rough quote
Pick what you need and see an estimated price. You’ll get a flat quote after a free chat.
Hi, I’m Owen.
I design and build websites for small businesses around Temple Terrace, the USF area and Tampa — one project at a time, working directly with the owner.
I’m a finance student graduating this December, and that’s shaped how I price and plan this work. A website is an investment, so you get a flat price before anything starts, a free homepage mockup before you commit, and a site built around the one thing you actually want more of: calls, bookings, orders or quotes.
Most local businesses don’t need a 40-page site or an agency retainer. They need something that looks trustworthy on a phone, answers the questions customers ask before they call, and can be updated without filing a support ticket.
I’m taking on a small number of founding clients right now while I build my portfolio, which means you get my full attention — and 20% off. When you hire me, I’m the one designing your site, building it and picking up the phone.
Three promises to every client
See it before you pay
You get a free homepage mockup. If you don’t love the direction, you owe nothing.
You own it
Your design, your content, your accounts. No lock-in and no monthly fees to me.
Plain English
Flat prices, a clear list of what’s included, and no jargon.
Let’s grab a coffee in Temple Terrace.
Or a 20-minute call — whichever is easier for you.
Tell me about your business.
Fill this out and I’ll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps — and a free homepage mockup if you’d like one.
Thanks!
I’ll reply within 1–2 business days. You can also call or text (656) 212-5987 after 5:00 PM.

Terms of Service
Last updated: September 15, 2026
Template notice: These terms are a starting template and are not legal advice. Individual projects are governed by a signed proposal or agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
1. Scope
These Terms govern your use of this Site and any website design, development and brand design services (“Services”) provided by Bayline Web Studio. By using the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Projects, estimates & payment
- Online estimates and listed prices are for guidance only. Each project is defined by a written proposal describing scope, timeline and price.
- Unless the proposal says otherwise, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due to begin work and the balance is due before launch.
- Work outside the agreed scope, or revisions beyond the included rounds, is billed at the hourly rate stated in the proposal after your approval.
- Invoices unpaid 15 days after the due date may result in paused work.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide content, feedback and approvals in a timely way, and you confirm that you have the rights to any text, images, logos or other materials you supply. Projects paused for more than 60 days due to missing client input may be closed and invoiced for work completed.
4. Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the final design and content created specifically for your website. Bayline keeps ownership of its pre-existing tools, code libraries and know-how, and grants you a perpetual license to use them as part of your site. Third-party software, fonts, themes and stock images remain subject to their own licenses. We may display the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
5. Platforms & after launch
Your website is launched on a platform account (such as Squarespace, Wix or a static host) registered in your name. You pay platform and domain fees directly and are responsible for keeping those accounts active. Bayline does not provide hosting and is not responsible for outages, price changes or policy changes by those providers. Changes requested after the 30-day fix window are billed at the hourly rate in your proposal.
6. Warranties
We will fix defects in our work reported within 30 days of launch at no charge. Beyond that, the Site and Services are provided “as is.” We do not provide ongoing search engine optimization and do not guarantee search rankings, traffic or revenue results.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bayline is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may end a project with written notice. You will pay for work completed to that date, and we will deliver the work you have paid for, including any design files.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
